He represented a Rutgers basketball player to get his eligibility restored last year after he had gotten suspended in a gambling case. He won and he will win this case also. I've said for a while it's a matter of time before someone challenges the 4-year limit.

Basically college football will become the USFL, a bunch of early to mid 20 year olds not good enough to make the NFL.
