Cason is an attacking lead guard with good size and strength. He is an above average athlete, can create off the bounce. He began this season as what I'd describe as an average perimeter shooter but has shown improvement during the season. Cason has the physical tools to be very good defensively. I haven't followed his recruitment too closely but I think Seton Hall is his biggest offer to-date.
