Was talking to Kelly Hughes (former BC star guard, NJ native) this past weekend and she told me Tony Bozella offered her a graduate assistant job of some sort with the womens basketball team if she was interested. She is going to play in Europe this year but will consider taking him up on the offer after the year.
Another interesting tidbit to show what a good guy Tony is. Hughes wanted to play a game in her home state during her senior year (this past year) so BC head coach Erik Johnson gave Tony a call and let him know that NJ native Kelly Hughes was hoping to get a game in NJ so her family could all see her play. Within a week, the game was set as the two schools had mutually open dates and they were able to get the game together very quickly.
