My mistake. When I looked this morning, the vote count had Sweeney up 5% w/ 99% in. Now for some reason the count shows him down by 2,000 votes (3.2%) with 99.37% of precincts reporting. Strange. Sorry NYSG.

NJ .com must have had a computer glitch because they had vote totals reversed showing Sweeney with 32k votes and his opponent with 29k and now they reversed the numbers to the correct totals for each candidate so yes Sweeney loses.
