The Crown fox event and NIL floor

Anyone have any idea how this works? Teams are awarded "NIL Packages" based on how they finish. Does that money just get distributed to the players? Does it go to the school and they choose how to distribute it? If it's the former, a player would collect the check and enter the portal the next day.
