He has a huge ego and ignores the fact that his approval ratings essentially mirrored Bush 41 and Jimmy Carter, the two most recent one-term presidents.
An embarrassing debate performance, donors withholding, bullied by Nancy Pelosi, dropping out very obviously against his will, and then getting pushed to the late night shift at the DNC. I hope he endures only more humiliation until he slinks out of office.

That was part of his pitch when running. He didn't really even try there though.

I think if Trump wasn't attacked from day 1.... he may have had some success as a unifier. Establishment media made him into some ghoul from the getgo....... he responded by attacking back. His ego is his worse enemy. But look at what he started with minorities.... the opportunity zones... his assist to HBCU's. Dems didn't want what we consider unity.... people with different opinions working together for the good of the country..
If you don't agree with their.agenda... you are less than human.... or so they continue to say.

Trump brought it on himself by attacking the press and establishment. Even though a lot of what he said about the MSM is true, it was the way he said it. Let’s be honest….his rhetoric was/is terrible.
His policies were favorable to minorities but you seriously can’t call him a “Uniter”.
