Okay so I don't think the commit is going to happen tonight so here it is. The player my source told me about back in early June was St. Pats Valdir Manuel. He was expected to commit in the month of July, but per my source, his trip back to his home country along with his injury slowed the timeline down. He will still end up as a Pirate with "99% certainty" but the timeline has gotten slowed down a bit. It could happen any day, or as late as the start of the HS season, but Manuel will almost certainly be a Seton Hall Pirate. Sorry for sharing information that turned out not to be accurate but this source is very tuned in so I feel comfortable still sharing future information as well
