VCU's New $25mm Practice Facility

Wondering how much money it would be to give the rec center a face lift to make it look like these types of facilities. We basically have all the same stuff (just open to the entire school). Ya know, something to make it look newer. We have the new gyms, athletic training rooms, etc mixed with those ugly walls of the track room, pool, and aux gym.

Aren't there plans to redo Walsh after this season? The field house and pool would look worlds better with a coat of paint (note to those painting please use blue, you know, our school color! Not sure why that is such a tough concept to grasp in South Orange) and much better branding all around. They are also supposedly working on the lobby area now.
