1. First off what a scene, outside of the result what a way to send Myles out. That was big time college basketball.
2. We got to see why Wright is the best coach in the BE and why Bey is the best player in the BE. Nova bullied us in the second half and hit big shot after big shot.
3. Saw the recipe to beat SHU. Have a big man that can shot and get Gill out of the game and then beat us inside. Luckily not many teams can do that, but Nova and Creighton can.
4. McKnight’s stats look great, but i thought he was a little to me first tonight. He didnt seem to play within the flow and let the game come to him. Too many shots, but he did score when we needed it and is an absolute warrior.
5. Shavar stepped up big time and the opposite for Rhoden. Because of the craziness in the last minute, not going to say 1 thing lost us the game, but Rhodens top of the backboard and air ball 3s were huge momentum killers.
