Because of two things. The 3 point line was closer and it was generally only shot by quality guards. Now everybody throws it up

I agree it depends who is shooting them. Here are the top 3 projected teams in the BE and the percentages of guys who are hoisting them up

Develop Dawes and Wusu??? What! You actually think these guys have room to improve? They are what they are. Development for them ended a long time ago. You sound like you want to hand out participation trophies

Do you think they are finished products at age 21 or 22? I don't. Most athletes aren't.

Participation trophies? No, I want to win games. I (and apparently the coaching staff) think the best way to do that is with Dawes and DAW.

We don't win tonight with Coleman and Sanders playing 67 minutes while Dawes and DAW play 26. Same way we don't win at Mizzou without Dawes and DAW's contributions.
