At some point we need to blow out Villanova. These games shouldn’t come down to the last play every single time. Especially with the senior leadership we’ve had for 6 years.

this is not a great Nova team.

Either use the timeout with 10 sec remaining. Or clear out one side for empty ball screen with sandro and have cale and rhoden at opposite baseline and wing

Lots of times coaches let them play last possession without calling timeout because it doesn’t allow the opposing coach/d to get things set up.
Reynolds shouldn’t have shot that and he was way off. Plus a tie game, you go to paint when you are bigger team with Mamu. Reynolds should have been smarter.

They had a whole shot clock to play for a last good look or go to OT with a timeout in the pocket...quite frankly that was unacceptable...but it was a triple whammy, missed shot, no effort to play make, too much time left and then foul....on top of it if sandro squeezes a ball turns and dunks shu wins a game

Shavar scored 11 points in the last several minutes and has won games for us before. Not a very good motion offense there but it wasn't as if Ike took the shot.

This board would have been awesome on the night Charles Manga - or was it Jacky Kaba - unsuccessfully took the last-second 3 against ND or Cuse or whoever at the Meadowlands
