its a college student. take the entitlement with a grain of salt. we all like to pretend we weren't similar.Usually never, and usually they are right.
I get the frustration. What I don't get is this notion that you think you have a right to say this is a wake up call and demand answers.
I would disagree on that. Trump has the luxury of having Musk as his outsider “pit bull” to identify all the savings opportunities. Musk provides credibility and cover.I see a benefit in the relationship for Musk. I don’t see it as much for Trump. He doesn’t really “need” Elon at this point. He helped get him elected, that was his usefulness to Trump.
Trump is always going to take credit, but he seems to be comfortable with Musk at his side. He did imply that Musk helped him win the election. The relationship is easy now since there is nothing to actually do, but I do think their egos will get in the way of who is making the decisions and who deserves the credit (and blame)
Yup, this will be interesting and time will tell.Just my opinion, we’ll see how it plays out.
Please define MSM and Big Tech objectively with no biasBecause the MSM leans hard left, so anytime they criticize Dems is unusual …it’s pretty obvious for most.
Larranaga was on the Rumor Mill when we let go of Louis Orr in 2006. Was he ever a serious candidate here though? I don’t think so?
Because the MSM leans hard left, so anytime they criticize Dems is unusual …it’s pretty obvious for most.because you trash msm all the time and threw a jab the sentence before you cited an article from the msm. you dont see the irony? guess only when it supports your argument
when have they ever listened?Listening to them and being told this is a wake up call are 2 different things.
3 might honestly be hitting the overThey’re not listening. A 3-17 BE year might help to get more attention.
I do agree with this. Four NCAA wins since 1993 isn't exact the standard for success most programs have. The 1989 team had five by itself.Interesting take. It’s true that the early 80’s were the some of the worst years record wise in SHU history, but on the flip side of the coin the program reached its peak in the late 80’s early 90’s with some memorable seasons. By contrast, anyone who became a fan after 2000 has seen, at most, two tournament wins.
As someone who started following during the Gonzo years, I get that I’ve seen a relatively successful period of Seton Hall basketball. But still, I am dying to see this team do the one thing that matters in college basketball, making a deep run in March. It’s been nearly 20 years and all I’ve seen is one free throw shooting contest win against NC State in 2018.
I think that is a frustration a lot of older SHU fans don’t understand.
because you trash msm all the time and threw a jab the sentence before you cited an article from the msm. you dont see the irony? guess only when it supports your argumentWhy? Came up on my news feed.
I disagree…a lot..I think now more than ever bball is shown to not move the needleYeah, I don't disagree. Still, bringing in over 2 million viewers is notable. And that's for a woman's college basketball game, though, granted, for two top 10 programs.
The point I was trying to make, but failed, was that we are told football is the be all and the end all in terms of value, but college basketball has a lot of eyes on it and a lot more games. I think it's value is being underrated. If the NCAA weren't funding itself and non-revenue sports and DII and DIII playoffs off of March madness, basketball would be valued much higher.
Seems combo of both, lot of recent losing, but seems to be having trouble as well with portal and he doesn't seem happy with new college dynamics. What’s the reason? Another coach sick of the current dynamics or forced out? Or maybe one in the same.
