Current awful environment clearly drove his decision with the small bonus of setting up his assistant and friend to take over. Classy and very smart guy obviously with a conscience. He will land on his feet.

Remember when Raf did the same thing for Hoddy Mahon. Didn’t work out for Hoddy who was a terrific man and coach but Raf launched his career and is still going strong.

@HALL85, you got a problem with Fox News getting called out in real time for playing a misleading clip when you were so mad about 60 Minutes editing the Harris interview? Or do you still think Bret Baier did a "good job?" Gretchen Carlson doesn't think he did a good job.

I don’t watch Fox News so can’t comment on Baier. I did watch a few clips of the interview which she was terrible as usual. There’s a reason the poll numbers are tightening. She’s lost all that momentum. Why?

Shocking based on his age, assuming nothing else going on. Accomplished. Job security. Legendary status at the school for winning a title. His Dad was a lifer and I figured he would be too.

Maybe it’s just not wanting to deal with the NIL nonsense. Maybe he just wants to enjoy his family and the many millions he’s made. I guess we will find out in the coming days, weeks or months.

It was a team built on 3 1/2 starters that carried the load and was lucky to stay healthy. No one is arguing that he had dominant games; but he had a fair share of no shows; way more than Dre.
