2024-25 Big East Coaches Poll

What's a real expectation for this team. So many new pieces and how it will work. I can't imagine us realistically being better than UConn and Creighton for example, but is 4th realistic, 5th?
In this era of college basketball, with so much turnover, I think conference-wide results are unpredictable as ever. So I see no reason why we cannot land in the top 5 of the league if things break right. We have a good coach, and we brought in lots of talented (if unproven) kids.

Type of thing that happens when a country has no leader or weak and feeble leadership. These countries are preparing in case Harris gets elected. Is our foreign policy better off now after 4 years of weak and feeble leadership? United States is officially off the world stage closed for business taking a nap. If Harris gets elected we will be busy trying to hide her. None of these leaders will take her seriously.

Harris campaign making a mistake?

Caught a few minutes of CNN last night and Dana Bash did a segment on Jewish voters in PA. So many who do not like Trump but believe he's better to stop antisemitism and better for Israel. That's a demographic that is traditionally democratic that CNN was talking like they expect it to change this time around in such an important state.

NJ’s big time college FB team

I’ve heard that the RU NIL coffers are pretty good. Are they as high as Ohio St, USC, Michigan and maybe Penn St? Probably not, But no reason he can’t rise above the rest of the mediocre teams that make up the B1G IMO.
If you are answering the question of whether their football NIL is as high as tOSU, USC, Michigan and Penn St with probably not, I think you're misguided. The answer is definitely not and it's not even close. 5 stars would be visiting RU if they were possibly on par with those schools. I think what we're seeing is a reflection of money and a new coach isn't going to solve that at RU. I'd like to see what Schiano would do with the talent and depth of those schools. No recruit is saying oh man I want to go to Penn State to play for Franklin or I want to play for Ryan Day instead of Schiano. They're saying Ohio State has a budget of $20 million, I'll take that offer.

To put it in Seton Hall terms, Willard got the results when he had Whitehead running the point instead of Maayan. You need big time players to win. And in a much more physical game like football, you need a good number of them.
