Depends on the jacket and the translation. The more expensive ones tend to be more modern language/ easier to read translations - only so many people in the world are experts in and thus qualified to translate the languages the original texts were written in, thus commissioning a new translation is not cheap, nor are the licensing fees for recently commissioned translations.
Trump didn't do that. He took an old, public domain English translation, so he had no licensing fees to cover, then slapped his name on it and sold it for $60. The exact same translation can easily be found under $10 and anyone who charges more is simply trying to rip you off. That's whatever though, plenty of people look to scam other for a quick buck. The really off-putting is that he considers himself worthy of putting his name on it.
