I have taken forfeits on a few gimme games due to missing the tip time. No brainers like - Depaul @ Nova or Georgetown @ Creighton. Frustrating in the moment but later in the season when you are 6 games out of first you realize it didn't matter. LOL

One recent year, I think two years ago, I missed one of the rounds. I wrote the post and everything but apparently didn't actually send it through. I think I had four games correct which, of course, were losses (or non-wins) and I finished three games out of first place.
