Due to the major struggles of higher profile players he has gone under the radar. But my goodness he is horrendous. Might as well tie his hands behind his back on offense

He's not this bad. He - like many others on this team - are way under their career conversion rates because the offense is a sloppy, terrible mess in structure. You cannot spend so many possessions wasting 10-15 seconds at the perimeter then expect flow.

Aligbe is doing too much offensively out of necessity, which is not his game. He's getting the ball too far out, at times he's initiating offense, he isn't that kind of offensive player. His is touch around the rim is non-existent for some reason, likely because he's sped up. He shot .522 from 2PT last year at BC (59/113). He's 11/38 (.289) at Seton Hall. His usage is higher, sure, but not so significantly.

He's a guy who can rebound well, play tough interior defense, be in position for hand-offs or dishes in the paint. Seems to be a good guy, team-oriented leadership.

He also had a crucial offensive rebound against VCU at the end of the game. When your offense isn’t clicking crash the boards. Lots of easy baskets & open looks.

He's got to relax and find his role. He is rushing everything on offense and that not only leads to misses but poor quality attempts from bad angles.

On D he's fine. He'll get better.

The way Sha unloads on guys for making a mistake has people playing so stiff. We saw him unload on dual in the first half against Vandy. We saw him unload on Sanders all year last year. Very few players are responding well to this style.

Aligbe was much more fluid at BC
