It is simple bring Weiss and whistleblower in and decide which one you prosecute for perjury. Simple so it likely will not be done.Simple question for Weiss did Garland deny your request for special counsel because you wanted to bring charges in other states.If so How can you say you have full authority to bring charges.Looks like Garland and Weiss using word salad Ala Billy boy saying it depends what is means.This thing stinks to high heaven even 30% of dems.in pool today think Hunter got special treatment.It is laughable that some Dems still believe Joe never talked to Hunter about Hunter’s business.They are part of Biden cult.I voted for Trump twice ,but believe he is guilty of some of the charges,no cult membership for me.

Weiss has already responded. The whistleblower allegations were related to activity prior to the letter which Weiss sent to Jordan which he stated he was given ultimate authority over where, when and whether to file charges.

If he stated the same in front of congress, you still won't believe him.

Just show examples of others with a similar case not going to trial and receiving a harsher penalty.

I'm sure he did.. but that would not be illegal. Hunter trying to leverage his father's name would not be illegal. The allegations here are mostly just things that people believe should be illegal but they aren't.

It would only be an issue if that activity influenced US policy somehow, and if there is a hint of that, investigate it.

If he states under oath he never asked for special counsel designation I will believe him.So you are wrong again on saying what I believe or don’t believe,worry about your post don’t worry about mine and impute erroneous vies on me.everything he has said was nit under oath.That was my point and as you often do you missed it.

He’s already refuted the whistleblower claim in his letter to Jordan which was just a few weeks ago and you’re choosing not to believe him.

It is a crime to make a false statement to congress, so his letter should have the same level of importance to you as sworn testimony which will be the same.
 
Did his letter refute the charge that he requested to be a special counsel and Garland refused.He can state he had full authority and not indicate he asked to be a special counsel.That is the question under oath I want him to answer don’t know why you can’t see the difference..I am interested in what truth is.You have already concluded whistleblower is not telling the truth I am a little more circumspect than you are.I don’t believe whatever is said until both parties are under oath.,when one making a charge does it under oath.
 
Getting mocked by dems on the board for not accepting Weiss letter as confirming he was not denied his request to be a special council and saying I wanted Weiss to deny this under oath.Looks like I will get my wish.NY post identified 6 people today who heard Weiss say he was denied.Stay tuned it may be hard even for Schiff and some on this board to defend Garland.

NY times confirms whistleblower charge that Weiss was prevented from bringing charges in CA.Merge you said in your Jun 25 post that Weiss covered that in his letter and I would not believe him if he stated that under oath.Do you still stand by your post or do you now think Weiss and Garland were not telling the truth.Why would Times publish this damaging evidence.I think because they knew the coverup was going to be exposed and they could not continue to cover for the corrupt Garland.

No they didn’t.
They confirmed there was a conversation about charges.

Weiss has subsequently stated that he has not been denied bringing charges anywhere, and he would have had the authority to do so to clear up any “misunderstanding”

Congress should ask him to testify, where he will say the same thing and you will continue to not believe him.
 
If Weiss testifies before congress under oath and says the six people are not telling the truth about what he said I will believe him contrary to what you think.I think there will be a statement from him saying they all misunderstood what he said.I hope he says that.Obviously a five year investigation that results in probation is suspicious ,but again I will take hus word fir it.
 
The money trail coincides with this info,but that means nothing to MSM.Never thought I would see this level of corruption in FBI and DOJ.I have $100 for any of the Biden boys on this forum that says Weiss never testifies in front of Jordan committee.Most he will do is give private interview.I believe he lacks the balls to face that committee.Anyone interested in taking the other side of this bet let me know.My email edwardodowd@yahoo.com

i would maybe take this bet just on spec but i honestly have no idea who Weiss is. i don't know what's going on with the jordan committee.. i assume this is jim jordan? you people have to realize that most people don't care about this stuff. it isnt' news and doesn't matter. you can work yourself up over it if you want but you need to understand in the real world this is not a big deal. it's not even discussed
