Does revenue sharing actual benefit (some) Big East schools?

that is what i have thought based on model, but folks have said there is no way to implement the FMV for collectives. In addition, if the non football schools got an upper hand in hoops, i am sure the big schools will force a rule change or cheat.

If the FMV proves to have any teeth (big if) then yeah, we’ll be back to under the table deals to get more money to players. Full circle.

Except that the floor amount will have increased by hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The problem with football now is that there are only a few teams that can win the NC no matter how much $ is spent. The appeal in March Madness right now is that there are many more teams that have a shot but it's trending in the wrong direction.

Football still generates all the revenue, and that will never change. People still care about it a lot, lot more, even if we don’t.
