I'm totally invested in making Hall Hands on Deck succeed, our success is Seton Hall's success.

I'm selling my BET Tourney tickets on Ticket Exchange, and donating the proceeds to Hall Hands on Deck.

I will update on my total proceeds for my two seats on Saturday

GO PIRATES!!!

Honestly - i think we really need to start to think this way. I have been on the fence about donating to NIL as i would rather donate it to the school (i.e. Pirate blue). Nonetheless, I am sure nothing is more directly related to SHU success than the basketball team (which means NIL money).

It's amazing the time, effort and financial investment that Mike had put into his endeavor.

SPK just won our yearly prediction contest and he made the choice to donate his winnings to Hall Hands on Deck. Can we do less?

If you care about this program don't just come here to bitch about its shortcoming. Instead like Mike, like Steve, be a part of the solution.

Going to start a new “Done” thread… joined Hall Hands On Deck!! …. DONE!

Question I have for this is how much of the donations go to Seton Hall players and how much go to putting on the camps.

Mike is working on over 90% of the money to go to the players. I'm sure when he sees your question he'll be more forthcoming.

Pretty condescending tone.

Just incredible that you of all people use the term condescending.

Considering how often you share your garbage here arguing with posters I'll take that as coming from the source.

My post was made to fire up our readers to help the program. You choose to see it differently.

Mike is doing incredible work to help the program. Thanks you for that Mike. I have made donations to both NIL programs and am in the process of donating to the building fund , because it is the least I can do from a distance and I have the resources . I understand not everyone has the same resources as me but you would be surprised at how the small donations add up , so if you can help, please try and do so.
Originally not a fan of NIL, but but like everything in life, things change and you have to adopt if you want to remain relevant Go Pirates and HZF

If you want money to go to basketball NIL is the way to go .If you want the money to go in a general athletic fund then PIRATE BLUE .If possible both. One thing about Pirate Blue is you do not know where the money directly goes.

I'm curious to know what the lawyers and CPAs of this board think of these 501c3's when 90% of the money might be going to the players which is the true purpose, not a true charitable purpose. I've read too many articles that people think 501c3's are a problem waiting to happen when it comes to NIL as well as senators looking to stop them because they are not what non profits are meant to be. Most think these organizations will be audited but nobody knows if they can stand up to an audit of true charity.
