I wear t shirts all the time that have no meaning to me. T shirts of many different colleges, does that mean I support them in sports? No, I wear it cause it's hanging in my closet. I wear an Outkick the Coverage t shirt all the time, do I endorse everything Clay Travis says? No my friend gave me the shirt and it's comfortable.

I put almost no thought into the t-shirts I wear. Then again I do not own any overtly political attire. If someone gave me a Fox News shirt, I would not wear it. If someone gave me a CNN shirt, I would not wear it. If someone gave me a Trump 2020 shirt, I would not wear it. If someone gave me a Biden 2020 shirt, I would not wear it. The reason I would not wear those shirts is because they project a political viewpoint that I do not want associated with me.

Agree with you there. I don’t see the need to advertise for any of those organizations or any politician. Some people like to call attention to themselves by wearing a shirt with an edgy saying, logo, etc. Do they deserve a triggered response for that? If Chubby had a problem with the coach where he wasn’t sure he could play for him he should’ve been a man and just brought his issue to him directly. He clearly had second thoughts about posting it on social media.

I don’t think there was any intent behind the shirt. He probably got it free somewhere. I don’t fish, but I assume it’s probably a pretty messy activity, being out in the sun, dealing with fish and bait, etc. he probably didn’t want to ruin a good shirt.

I cant say I am very knowledgeable of the gundy situation. He wore a tee shirt of a media outlet. Some people think the outlet is racist. He coaches a team largely made up of black players. I am missing where my Willard hypothetical is different.

Have you seen his roster? It’s about 50% white and 50% black. Obviously there is no way of knowing how each person there feels on OAN. He could be pissing off just as many as he’s making happy. None of us will ever know.

75% of its projected 2020 starting lineup is minority. If I ran a company, I certainly wouldn’t want to risk losing 75% of my top tier talent if I could

I think Gundy has to send Hubbard packing if Chuba tries to sit out. He would lose all respect from his current and future players that a player is running the show. Chuba is a great RB but he can't be bigger than the team or publicly challenge the head coach. If he privately went to Gundy that's one thing but to call him out on social media, yikes. I am sure Gundy doesn't tell Chuba what music he can listen to.

Because you dont think it has any merit...now maybe it does or doesnt but its astonishing that you and shu09 would willfully hire and oversee someone in the work place who may not be an inclusive person..
And what i mean by that is that you dont have to be everyones social friend but if there is any verbal dejection or something that is in their social media that represents who they are and it represents what a company enables and coddles as acceptable work culture

You will never be in a leadership/supervisory role with that mindset. I can see it now worker A finds out worker B doesnt like their type and rants on social media about it, worker a comes to see you and you reply with empathy of a porcupine and call them a snowflake, then HR cans you and worker B

I wouldn't want to be in a management role in a corporate environment. I do plenty fine in sales without the Bs of managing people where you need to cater to the PC. I am having nightmares thinking about managing your insane complaints against your co-workers. I guess you are why HR was invented. Advice for you is to concentrate on not clicking on smut at the office.

Same here. Corporate management sounds absolutely awful, especially these days. Save as much money as you can and try to retire early.
