I think you have to "give to get" so to speak. Honest question (I don't know the answer), but is Seton Hall even a CrowdStrike customer? They should be.
I remember Kurtz vaguely (we were both accounting majors). IIRC, he was pretty computer savvy prior to Seton Hall, that's what helped him get into cybersecurity. It really wasn't anything he got out of Seton Hall that I can tell.
But what I will say, if he's a racer (as I was at one point), he surely has some kind of ego. Someone else mentioned here - name a building after him, make it a big deal. Promote him / CrowdStrike - they had a tough run recently. Do something - don't just ask for the handout. The relationship here is symbiotic.
I'm reminded of the scene in The Godfather, when Bonasera goes to ask Don Corleone a favor. Don Corleone asks why is he asking for this when he never invited to his house for a cup of coffee.
