It's terrible. But I really have no idea what taking down statues accomplishes. Will the few bad cops be off the street because statues are down? Will 3 year olds stop being shot like that kid was a couple weeks ago in Chicago? Instead we focus our time on statues that were never designed to depict racism? What the heck is wrong with this picture?

Every human being who has ever held power has done something despicable. And dare I say it, none of us want to be judged by our worst moment. I'm actually surprised they took down the Columbus statue in Newark. A lot of Portuguese people down there, let me know he was a Spaniard, not Italian. They embraced Columbus. People surrounded the statue in Nutley. If we get rid of every statue of people who did something bad, we'd have no statues. Washington, Jefferson, Jackson, Lincoln, Roosevelt, FDR, and even MLK were no saints. They'd all have their statues taken down if we focused on their worst moments. However they advanced this country in so many great ways during their best moments.

Which president has loved separation of powers. All presidents would’ve done things that separation of powers prevented. Our Founding Father’s were brilliant. Can someone make the argument Obama would’ve been a Facist without separation of powers? Absolutely. There is actually a book titled Barack Obama is A Facist: This is Not Hyperbole. Everyone can have their opinions. But I think every President would’ve preferred no separation of powers. If that’s your definition of Facist, I would not start and end with Trump, the list is much longer based on that definition. By that definition a president who is Facist would be the norm.
