Time for me to write another letter. I am sick to my stomach.

This is exactly what I meant when I said he over-values himself. We are so screwed by this selfish xxxx.
If this does end up as the result, this proves that the administration cares more about his employment status than the integrity of the program. There is no other conclusion to draw.
Also means that Willard listened to the offer and did not dismiss the contact out of hand. If you are listening to an offer from Holy Cross, you are pathetic. Seton Hall is in a very bad position. You have a coach that with any bit of success, will bolt out of here. However, that is very unlikely to happen. So we are stuck with a guy who drag this program down to new found depths. no matter what, we will have instability. We need to get him out now.
Btw, I would imagine that the only reason HC even offered Willard was due to the contacts with his father had with HC. Otherwise, what sane AD would hire Willard. If you were NJIT, would you rather have Engles or Willard? Engles of course.

wow just found this out. a minute ago on another post I was saying he is looking around for other jobs. Time to fire this guy. My God he is now using us . if he finds a decent job he will go if not he knows that he always has a place here. SHU have some dam pride. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I don't get Willard..just don't get it, and we are stuck with him another year..I prefer SPK'S subject title better on the Treasure Trove...."UGH"..says it all!
Hmmm.... What did St. John's do when they found out that Fran Fraschilla was shopping himself around? Any labor law folks know if this is a comparable situation? Seems like it is, at least on paper.

Tough not to as a SHU fan, but don't give up hope. Can you imagine the absolutely merciless fan backlash towards Willard at home games next year? It would reach Bobby Bonilla-type heights. He won't be able to hear himself clap.

I'm assuming attempting to obtain a new position. This all doesn't quite add up though. He had to know they wouldn't come close to his 1.6MM or whatever it is here, and he had to know the info would come out. Another bizarre story line in another bizarre SHU season.
Nope, it's a simple statement about the shit this board has become from the incessant posting of 15 people who think they're making a difference by ruining this board.
I have made my opinion known to those who I want to know it/should know it, and by no means is that a statement about connections I have or have not (you can make your opinion known to the same people).
And as far as sending money, I'll do what I please with my money thank you. And the direction of my money has been toward the overall Pirate Athletics focused on academics (I tried to exclude swimming, but could not). Yes, I know it all goes to the same place and the devil himself KW is still here, but I made that commitment to help SHU Athletics build facilities to be more competitive in the Big East and I'm not an irrational old man glued to the interweb screaming that I'm not getting my due.
And for the name-calling police, not saying you're an irrational old man, only that I am not. I can only imagine sometimes...
