It's over. Still way too many desperation drives. I get it if you see daylight, but we will run three straight plays in a row of two hand offs and then a desperation drive.
Poise. Exactly what I was hoping for and was worried about with that much time left in the game
Totally disagree. The bottom line will be they made more well timed 3s and our "best" player didn't play like it...if we dont pull it out
I don't disagree with the IQ comment. It's hard to tell how much of the poor selection is due to players not executing, or the Offensive plan just being crap. We run so many handoff-handoff-drive plays. It looks incredibly ugly most of the time. You look at the WSU and they have a super smooth inside-out game with a lot of "extra pass" type plays. It isn't just better shooting. It is better play running.
You're obviously not watching the same game. Or perhaps choosing not to watch the same game.
I am watching. More turnovers..more PF=more bball IQ? I dont think so. You're over dramatizing it 100%. Why do they have more bball IQ? How is their shot selection better as a team? IW is the only one with bad shot selection
That was one of the dumbest things I have ever seen. I would rather have him just run out of time with the ball in his hands.

Yeah, yeah, and if it dropped, which it nearly did, we'd all be dancing a jig.
I like how he just said "if not for an 8/9 matchup vs Kentucky they would have been a sweet 16 team 3 years in a row"..soooo Kentucky was the only team that could have beat them in that game? Hyperbole much?
With three seconds left in a game where they just can't call enough fouls. Awful...
Regardless of how this one turns out, we didn't fold when we went down big like we have many times in the past.
Well, if I'm being fair, I'll have to say that after snuffing out the rally, Sonogo has come back strong with some very nice defensive play (aside from defending the three, where he's been brutal since the tip).
