This board cracks me up, we want info, we get info, it is not immediately confirmed and we shoot the messenger, who it turns out may be correct in the end.

Listen my guy same one who told me
About Havey "the original done post" and some other stuff told me. He's been reliable.
If you guys don't want me to post I won't it's that easy. Sorry, I got excited for our program and fans when I posted the news. Sorry for being a fan.
Multiple people said they heard the same thing so believe what you want.
Guess I'm done for a while.
The only official "done" threads I can recall were the gonzo hiring and Harvey get. Were there others?
Blaise was committed FYI
To SHU but, his advisor steered him to B.U.To which institution?
It's no big deal...but probably because he's done this in the past.To SHU but, his advisor steered him to B.U.
What I find ironic is people here have killed Hallisbest but, have given 2 or 3 others a pass for posting the exact same news about Thompson committing yesterday.
I agree but when SPK and Dan says "DONE..it's "DONE".The only official "done" threads I can recall were the gonzo hiring and Harvey get. Were there others?

I think the definition of "DONE" should be when the player tells the HC directly...we're talking about kids...they will tell a lot of people a lot of things. It's not necessarily people "getting it wrong" sometimes there is just a last minute change of heart. For example, Kyle Anderson literally told people he was going to SHU. The decision was made, but he changed his mind at the last minute.

Maybe it is actually "Done" and the player wants to have a press release or he wants to make the announcement so the confirmation we are looking for has not come out.
Is there a reason why you don't understand. He has a history of doing this. Telling us die hard fans "DONE" is an absolute. If he would have said " It's looking really good" no one could be upset with him. CONFIRM before posting. simple.

This is why many coaches want to go to the NBA. This recruiting nonsense in the backdrop of the NCAA is tedious.
If you ain't first, you're last.Maybe we can stop with the stupid done posts. Everyone wants to be first...
I remember the time when accuracy mattered. Now s its rush to judgment/misreporting facts. Oi vey.If you ain't first, you're last.
