I have only heard that from fan speculation. People have suggested that this may be the reason behind the wait. I see no reason to think it is true.

I will not say done this time I promise.

As Dan has indicated, my source was correct at the time that he had indeed committed but something came up a short while later and was "taken back". People argued saying that we were lying/making it up. This time I will stay quiet until it's officially on Twitter.....lol
