Here's more. There is no consistency with the roles of the players now. Until the players understand what is expected of them and stop looking over their shoulders they can't play free and easy. Short of Jenkins no player is playing with confidence.

Sacrifice just a little defense for offense. Because regardless of your defensive excellence you can't win if you do not score.

The Giants - New Low. Approaching Howard Beale Status

I

Pointed out to you a few back ups that are winning games after you said there were none. With HORRIFIC QB play the Giants were close I'm alot of games. GM malpractice to not give the rest of the roster a chance to win to prop up his abysmal decision to extend Jones. Tons of options were out there and he spent 5 million on Locke who cannot get on the field.
Darnold and Wilson are starters….. Wilson was hurt to start the year. Come on man. I literally provided an up to date list.

I'll begin with a few

1. You have to take these early season games more seriously. The 10 man rotation has cost dearly in two 1 point losses.

2. Chemistry is important and cutting Sha a small break....notice how Davis and Richmond are performing with their new teams in situations not as difficult as at SHU.

3. Jenkins playing 29 minutes yesterday makes no sense.

4. Toumi should play with Godswill and not at C.

5. What's the word on Manny?

6. Is there an issue with Harmon?

Game, set, match!

Of the starters Jenkins played the 4th least minutes (with 1 foul).
I can’t tell what the logic is on the rotations through 3 games. It looks like he’s just throwing combinations out there. He’s hellbent on this notion of 10 players playing 20 minutes or whatever.

The guards/wings – where we thought we had the most talent – is the real epic mess because we have no idea what we’re doing with the ball. That’s coaching. I understand it’s new players, but it’s basketball. They shouldn’t look this bad. Not giving Dual and Harmon a ton of minutes and opting for Addae-Wusu there seems insane to me. DAW is not good enough to play PG against A10 or CAA teams even, c’mon. Is probably part of the “indoctrination” of playing for Sha for them and he’ll sit in this until they comply to whatever he’s asking for. Hofstra’s guards were beating us late and those two combined for 15 minutes?l Pathetic.

Game, set, match!

He paired Toumi with Yalden at times.

The 4-5 spots should be the easy part. Erheriene has been a positive. He’s raw but has ability. Keep playing him. Yalden can spell him. Aligbe is sort of all over the floor in the Dre Davis role. I think he’s a better defender than Dre, but nowhere near the offensive touch and it’s brutal to watch. At least he and Toumi should be able to give us a platoon at the 4.

Game, set, match!

Sha is not valuing the IOCC games enough, You have to play these games with some sense of urgency You can get blown out by a Baylor before losing to Fordham at home. Once you lose to Fordham you have to approach Hofstra as a Must win. Should SHU ever get near 20-22 wins by March these two losses will stand out. It does not seem like that has a chance to be the case. Can we win the BE Tournament? Doubtful. So, after 3 games, i guess we have to play all out to get to the NIT. How bad were these losses for the Business end? We will still support the program, but wow..

Wow, this is terrible

We score 57, 56, and 48 against St. Peter’s, Fordham, and Hofstra and lose 2.

Wow. Awful. Not sure I’ve seen a team this clueless here. The amount of empty possessions is stunning.
I know I could easily look this up, but I just want to join the discussion. When was the last time we scored 48 points or less? I am guessing a Saint John’s game from the 1930’s.
