It certainly does mean something. Coaches don't just leave. There's often a buyout or some type of negotiated departure. And the flipside is also true - contracts give coaches protection from schools wanting to get rid of them. A protection that I'm sure would appeal to many players.

Awesome 2nd half by uconn. felt awful for Dixon. not the way a terrific pkayer wants to go out.
