Amazing how you won't answer that question. Because nobody ever said beating a child was ok. EVER. But you've been defending the jackass who has been saying I said that the entire time. Amazing how Tuberville who was whipped isn't crying about it, pained and fearful. He sure as hell doesn't sound like someone who was beat with it. Might have been hit with it, but beat no. Like I said many families took them out, not used them. The threat was my experience. Some may have used them. I'll bet very rare cases were kids beat with them to the point where the risk of those side effects of drugs are higher. Everyone knew everyone's business back in the day. People were outside, not inside watching tv. Everyone was outside playing at night. You'd see a kid who was beat with red marks all over them if that was the case.

Do you agree there's a difference between getting hit and getting beat? If not I don't know what to say. Tons of stories of seeing friends getting hit with a wooden spoon, nobody was ever beat with one. MAJOR DIFFERENCE.

Disagree very much.
The US government buying as a reserve would further legitimize Bitcoin as a store of value which will bring in other states and countries doing the same which would reduce the risk that an individual could own enough to pump and dump. This is also kind of a self fulfilling prophecy. If the government starts buying, the value is going to increase very rapidly and Trump will look like a genius. Yes, the uber wealthy own and are buying bitcoin. The good news is that we can participate in that as well.

The meme coin stuff does annoy me, but there are going to be valid applications for having a public distributed ledger, and I do expect Bitcoin to last as the digital property / store of value.

everything does harm. being alive does harm. drinking a cup of coffee and eating a banana do some degree of harm to your body. but the positives outweigh the negatives. some people have problems that drugs can help mitigate. what never helps is hitting a child with a belt. it only causes pain and fear, and it makes your child more likely to beat their children.
and you think that's the good option. but you're entitled to think that! i'm just surprised you're so willing to post it is all
