Already said I did and had downloaded previous versions as well. You need to provide personal info to download it, maybe Cato did it so you wouldn't have to do that?
Almost undetectable variations in temperatures but we should legislate drastic measures with serious economic consequences that have virtually no effect? What about Kyoto? Virtually no effect.

Virtually no effect is certainly debatable and I have seen scientific studies suggesting it would be a fairly large impact by 2050-2100.

Renewable energy as an industry is still in its infancy with room for huge economic growth. With the right legislation in place, we could encourage / subsidize the US being the world leader in the emerging industry.
Shouldn't we be taking a leadership role instead of waiting for someone else to beat us to it? The eventual game-changer for renewable will be in storage. It is going to happen, just a matter of when/where.
Agreed, that is a very, very serious accusation that can't be thrown arounf lightly. Either pony up the evidence and have it investigated or shut up. Actually apologize first, then shut up. And if there is something to it, lock up the guilty.
Some are throwing out the theory that there was a FISA warrant for Russian Spies in the US who were working against our government and they intercepted phone calls from Trump/Trump Tower/Trump Campaign to those spies....

1. The facts will eventually come out one way or the other. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
2. Discrediting enemies/predecessors is not solely the work of dictators. That goes on every day in every job. Surely you have observed it. Regarding our current political climate, be careful not to push the panic button as to the events that are unfolding. I think it is an overreaction to call any of our recent Presidents "dictators". President Trump, who some fear has dictator potential, has not arrested anybody. He is still learning that being President is much more complicated than being the owner/CEO of a privately held company.Who knew?
