Jets fire Saleh!

A bit of a surprise, even with all of the noise calling for change; season on the brink would be a MASSIVE understatement.

What do they do now? Elevate Ulbrich? Rex? Belichek? JK on that last one....I think anyway...

But, given we made our bed with Rodgers...and given that Hackett so far hasnt been shown the door with Saleh, which in my mind he should be....how do you salvage a "win now" season?

Not only is that wrong (since it’s based on games played at the site), the host school has a LOT of work to do in operating the event. There’s no incentive whatsoever in NJIT wanting to be involved.

NJIT would have to be the driving force behind the bid in that case. Who knows if they would be inclined. They could co-host with the America East but again both parties would have to want to do so.

This is correct. The NCAA considers any court where you play at least four games a home floor. This is why Villanova will limit its games at Wells Fargo in the years the arena is a tournament host.
