Trump should say he lost his memory like Biden so conviction unlikely.I forgot you can only use this defense if you are a democratic.Joe may have forgot he gave his ghost writer classified info in 2017 but there is recording of it.Ghost writer tried to destroy info when special counsel appointed,but he will not be prosecuted after all it is Biden DOJ.
