The point of a vaccine is to provoke an immune response to create antibodies to protect you against a specific infectious agent. Not every infectious agent will behave the same way, and not all vaccines prevent you from infection. Noticed you left out flu vaccines in the your post. Why? Doesn't fit the BS definition that you are making up?
It appears what happened with Omicron is that it is more transmissible and replicates in your body too quickly for the vaccines to have similar protection against infection as they had against previous variants, but if you are infected they still offer significant protection against sever disease.
