Years after Hilary last, no one was parking at the beach with a Hillary Flag. There weren’t vans on the highway with Hillary 2020. There weren’t people literally attacking FBI offices because they were upset the FBI investigated Hillary.
This is all unique to Trump. It’s a small subset of the Republican party, but it’s large enough to where conservative politicians are afraid to speak out against him.
I think it’s amazing how one man could create this much attention, and literally make folks on this board and all over the country talk about him everyday. The ones who hate him are strangely similar to those who love him. Nut jobs one and the same.

The DOJ was left with no choice but to get a warrant and get the documents back.
That one man doing something clearly wrong shouldn’t make you take your flag down.
If he will be indicted is a different question which depends on the parts of the story we don’t know yet. It won’t happen until after the election because of the 90 day policy, but the DOJ would need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the willful intent of wrongdoing. We will see if that bar is met, but we wouldn’t be here if Trump complied with the subpoena.
And if they cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump was willfully violating the law and the subpoena, and do not believe that the files were accessed by any outside parties… then even I would agree that indicting him would be bad for America.
Just like raiding mar a lago was bad for America, but they were left with no choice.

Not sure who the all is that you are referring to, but if there is enough evidence to suggest they are guilty and would be convicted, they will be charged.

Hillary was investigated. There was not enough evidence to prove that she intentionally mishandled classified documents or took efforts to obstruct the investigation.
What crime do you believe should be charged based on Hunters laptop? The only allegation I have seen was Joe getting a potential 10% on a deal which fell through but would have been legal at the time as he was a private citizen.
The FBI agent who altered an email to obtain the 2nd renewal of the warrant was charged and pleaded guilty.
So yes, when there is enough evidence to charge someone - they get charged.
Well... when evidence is presented as recently reported re: whistleblower Tony Bobolinski and it is buried by the FBI ....... they don't get charged. You fail to understand the magnitude of cover up that has taken place within the FBI and DOJ.
Looks like all the rotten apples in the FBI were not drummed out with the Trump Russia collusion scandal.It is a shame corrupt actions of a few have damaged the reputation of many good agents.The fact that Tony Bobolinski has not been called by the grand jury in Hunter case tells you all you need to know.

This was investigated. You just don’t believe that it couldn’t possibly not result in a criminal referral.
They have the laptop. They did investigate and even interviewed Bobulinksi for 5 hours while Trump was president btw… but even in all of the leaks, there has been no allegation of an actual crime here.
I think it’s more likely that the FBI looked at the laptop and information Bobulinski had and did not see evidence to recommend a charge to the DOJ.
Political elite club doesn’t take each other out. You have more faith in our system than I do, I wish I believe there was some level of honesty and justice. I don’t. I bet 75% of Americans feel the same way.
The bar to bring charges is just higher for a high profile case. They just aren’t going to do it unless the case is a slam dunk. Like Anthony Weiner for example, there was compelling evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that he was guilty.
That doesn’t mean the investigation wasn’t legit or yhe FBI is corrupt if they weren’t charged with anything. It just means there was not enough compelling evidence that they would get a conviction.

However just like it’s not impossible for bad apples to get on the police force, it’s possible bad apples get into the FBI. Guess what, the higher you go in the corporate world the uglier it gets. The higher you go in politics the uglier it gets. I’m going to bet like any organization the FBI is no different. There’s probably a ton of great people at the FBI but I’m sure the top is not as clean as we all think just like any other organization in America.
