Potential Sha Replacements

I think you'd be surprised. As far as being from NJ, what good is that doing us? We don't have one guy on the roster from NJ.

I want Sha to succeed but there will be plenty of people that would take the job and not just alumni.

Nope, neither does Philly or DMV either.

FWIW every one of our assistants is from the NY-NJ area too. This needs to change also.

If Sha agrees to funnel some of his salary ( good amount ) towards paying the players he says he needs to compete at SHU, and the athletic department/university does the same, I am fine with our current coach.

Is he as great as some people make him out to be ? Absolutely not. But he does have a track record and proven past success.

Run it back with a reasonable budget and I bet it's a hell of a lot better next season. I just can't see it ever being this bad again.

I'm not a big P4P guy but I'll step it up with that revenue model and buy season tickets again, buy merchandise I like and force myself to throw a few bucks toward NIL.
