Jersey Shore Nightclub Closes for 2020 Summer

I get that you're frustrated that this hasn't played out to the doomsday predictions you wanted, but no need to make stuff up.

we will end up closer to 200,000 people dead, while shutting the country down.

You think people who supported the restrictions are frustrated that more people aren’t dying? Really?

I would like to know when opening happens how many people will go back that can go back to work....then will the narrative be for those will cold feed that politicians and media feared them into the decision

How many 75+ and/or in nursing homes?

Yes, some people are frustrated that this isn't as bad as feared. They are sick people.

@PeeBag-SHU please send me the post where I said "Georgia will have blood on their hands". I never said this. Please admit you are a liar.

@kniespolice I have a mail slot. Ever seen one of those before? I don't need to go outside for my mail.

Do you wear the hazmat in the house though? If the virus is airborne it could travel thru the mail slot when it opens. Also, couldn't the virus be on your mail? You should wear the hazmat 24 x 7 to be safe.

Once a person can't use "Your vs You're" correctly I can't take them seriously anymore. This is the case here. Wow what a rant.

Some people may be using a cell phone instead of wearing a hazmat suit at a computer. Time is to valuable to waste on your ruse.

Looking at the Hopkins data, and to dare 312k deaths worldwide (US is 25% and we’ve been in shelter in place) and cases/fatalities look to be occurring across the board at a reduced rate. Some countries have incredibly low numbers (Israel 271, Greece 162, New Zealand 21, Hungary 451, Norway 232, Australia 98, etc.) I can understand island nations that have natural containment. But what have these other countries done to minimize cases and casualties? What underlying demographics, population health or cultural manifestations? Europe is fascinating because there are extremes from one country to the next. I was surprised at Israel’s low numbers. The data will provide a lot of necessary insight.

All about the data! Its going to be interesting in the weeks to come to see how cases rebound in the US due to states reopening. You have to give at least a month from the re opening date to really review increases in hospitalizations. That's why I am saying for people to give me 2 more weeks for Florida and Georgia.

What about the rest of the world?

I officially haven't been outside for 2 months now. Such a crazy crazy time to live through. I don't even know the next time I will be able to step out safely again. It very likely won't be until another year.

I would be interested to see the response to this post. What will next summer 2021 look like? Will it be a normal summer again on the Jersey shore will all bars open again? I truly hope so.

I was unofficially out playing golf with my wife today. Oh wait a minute.....maybe it was official. I posted my score.

I played in PA today. NJ courses had nothing available, booked up solid.

Where did you play? Talked to a guy who played at one of the public courses yesterday (Southmoore) and he said 80% of the cars in the lot were from New Jersey.
