If we won last night, Sha would have vaulted to the top. It is amazing what Sha has accomplished with our flawed roster. IMO its Hurley or McDermott.

If we were to pull out a win on Sunday, I think it's Shaheen's award.

Other than that, I think the fact that we have four losses of 18 or more points in BE play probably works against him.

Or, maybe that works in his favor given he's gotten us to 11 wins so far and has wins over the probable top two seeds.

I think Sha can get it if we win out and get to 14-6. A sweep of UConn would be hard to deny, combined with our low preseason expectations.

Pitino still has a recognizable name that should help him in his recruiting but does it still carry the weight it once did. The other question I still have is whether the kids will buy into what he wants them to,do both offensively and. Defensively.
